Tired Mamas Club

Tired Mama’s Club: Yoga, Rest + Connection for You and Baby

Motherhood can be beautiful… but it can also be a lot. Tired Mama’s Club is a monthly sanctuary for you — a chance to rest, reset, and be looked after while also enjoying mindful connection with your baby.

This is a super-relaxed space (I’m a mum too, so I get it!) where anything goes. Feeding, crying, cuddling, walking around — it’s all welcome. There’s no pressure here, just a warm community of mums who understand.

Think of this as your monthly moment to exhale, recoup your energy, and fill your own cup, so you can step back into motherhood feeling lighter and supported.

What to Expect at Our Tired Mamas Club

Each Tired Mamas Club is a 90 minute session held A Space To Breathe Yoga Studio, Church Drive, Arnold, Nottingham.

Here's what’s included:

  • Gentle yoga for mums — supportive movements to release tension and gently rebuild.

  • Mindful practices with your baby — relax, connect, and learn simple tools you can use at home to find calm in busy moments. We'll also use gentle props to support baby's development.

  • Guided relaxation — space just for you, to pause and reset.

  • Community connection — tea, sweet treats, and time to share with other mums.

Anything goes in my classes...there’s nothing to worry about, feeding, changing and crying are all absolutely fine. Classes give you an opportunity to take some time to focus on your own emotional and physical wellbeing whilst bonding with your baby away from the business of day to day life.

Perfect for you if you want to:

Rebuilds Strength & Supports Recovery – Gently restores core stability, pelvic floor strength, and posture after birth.

Deepens Bonding – Shared movement, touch, and eye contact nurture connection between you and your baby.

Boosts Wellbeing – Helps reduce stress, ease anxiety, and create moments of calm during the demands of new motherhood.

Benefits of Post-Natal Yoga

Postnatal yoga is a gentle, supportive way for new mums to ease back into movement after having a baby. It helps the body recover by strengthening the core and pelvic floor, improving posture, and relieving common aches and pains—especially in the back, shoulders, and neck. But it’s not just about the physical side; postnatal yoga is also great for relaxing, reducing stress, and finding a bit of calm in the chaos of new motherhood. The breathing and mindfulness can really help with anxiety, and if you’re doing a mum-and-baby class, it’s a lovely way to bond with your little one too.
