Realign Retreat Lagos Portugal. Friday 10th- Monday 13th October 2025
 

Join us this October for a relaxing retreat at the stunning Casa Bella Vista in Lagos Portugal. The charming town of Lagos is located in the Algarve, southern Portugal. The local area boasts a stunning marina with cafe culture, a beautiful old town with cobblestone streets and historic architecture, stunning beaches with hidden grottos and golden limestone cliffs.

This retreat gives you a an immersive space to unplug from day to day life, offering a blend of relaxation, wellbeing and connection. 

What to Expect at Our Realign Retreat

The retreat starts Friday 5pm, you are welcome to arrive at the villa anytime from 12pm that day. The weekend finishes Monday 13th October at 11am. We have created a weekend that balances yoga, workshops, food and free time. All sessions are optional and you are free to dip in and out as you wish.

No yoga experience needed: Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to yoga, the gentle yoga flows are designed for all levels.

Your Hosts: Nicci & Laura are your hosts on this wonderful weekend. They work together in harmony to bring you a calm & nurtured environment allowing you to completely relax knowing everything is taken care of!

Nicci (Breathe & Bloom Yoga); is a 200hr Yoga teacher specialising in Hatha, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Nicci is also a qualified pre & post natal yoga teacher. Nicci’s gentle & comprehensive approach to teaching allows both complete beginners and experienced yogis to enjoy her varied sessions.

Laura (Well-being Retreats Burton Joyce); is trained in mediation, sound healing & Reiki level 2. Laura will be guiding you on the sunrise beach walks, her daily workshops will help you reset and realign & her delicious cooking will nourish you.
