  • Create a Calm Christmas Workshop. Journaling & Vision Board – step into the festive season with intention. This nourishing session blends guided reflection with vision board making to help you design a meaningful Christmas—one that truly honours what matters to you.

  • Slow Yoga + Yoga Nidra – a deeply restful practice to soothe the nervous system, honour your inner winter, and prepare for the quieter months

  • Soothing Sound Bath – let the calming tones of crystal singing bowls support your transition into the season. A spacious, immersive experience to restore balance, silence the internal noise, and ground you in presence.

No yoga experience needed: Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to yoga, our gentle yoga flow is designed for all levels. No prior experience is required, just an open heart and a willingness to relax.
Ladies only: The retreat is specifically for women who want to share a peaceful and nurturing space with like-minded individuals.

Your Hosts: Nicci & Laura are your hosts on this wonderful day retreat. With over 2 years of running retreats together, they work together in harmony to bring you a calm & nurtured environment allowing you to completely relax knowing everything is taken care of!

Nicci (Breathe & Bloom Yoga); is a 200hr Yoga teacher specialising in Hatha, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Nicci is also a qualified pre & post natal yoga teacher. Nicci’s gentle & comprehensive approach to teaching allows both complete beginners and experienced yogis to enjoy her varied sessions.

Laura (Well-being Retreats Burton Joyce); is trained in mediation, sound healing & Reiki level 2. Laura will be guiding you in the thought provoking workshop & her soul soothing sound bath.
