Escape, unwind, and recharge with our exclusive Evening Escape at Swim Spa Burton Joyce (Nottingham) . This unique wellness event is designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and reset both body and mind. Whether you're seeking stress relief, self-care, or simply some time away from the hustle and bustle, our Evening Escape offers the perfect setting for you to find inner peace.

This beautiful 3.5hr experience is £39pp (including yoga, spa and light refreshments), no previous yoga experience needed, ladies only. Sessions are held once each month on a Tuesday and Thursday evening, 7.00-10.00pm.

What to Expect at Our Evening Escape

Each Evening Escape is a 3 hour session held at the luxurious Swim Spa Burton Joyce, surrounded by serene outdoor beauty. The event includes:

  • Grounding meditation: Center yourself with a calming meditation that helps you tune into the present moment. (We Practice the yoga, meditation and relaxation in the heated event tent)

  • Restorative Yoga: A gentle practice that is all about slowing down and giving your body a chance to fully relax. We use props like blankets and bolsters to get super comfy in each pose, and you just stay there for a while—no effort, no stretching, just pure rest. It’s great for calming your mind, easing stress, and recharging when life feels a bit full-on. 

  • Guided relaxation: Unwind with a guided relaxation session to help release tension and stress from the body.

  • Hot drinks & delicious cookies: Hot drink of your choice and sweet treats.

  • 90-Minute access to Swim Spa facilities: After your wellness session, indulge in the Swim Spa pool, hot tub, and sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience.


Set in a peaceful outdoor environment, our Evening Eascpe provides the perfect escape where you can truly switch off, reconnect with yourself, and experience deep relaxation.
