Mum & Baby Yoga
A relaxed and welcoming class for you and your baby to move, connect and enjoy some time together.
We'll explore gentle post-natal yoga to help you reconnect with your changing body, rebuild strength and ease common aches and tensions, alongside breathwork, relaxation and mindful moments. Your baby will be part of the experience too, with singing, gentle movement and playful stretches to encourage connection and support their development.
And don't worry if your baby needs feeding, changing, cuddling or decides they'd rather have a little cry — it's all completely normal and totally fine! This is a no-pressure space where you can simply come as you are, enjoy some time for yourself and meet other new mums.
Suitable from 6–12 weeks post-birth, depending on your delivery and recovery, until your baby is confidently crawling. No previous yoga experience needed.
4 class pass £46 (to be used over 6 weeks). 8 class pass £88 (to be used over 10 weeks). Single drop in ticket £13.50. Classes are held at Breathe & Bloom Studio, Biz Space, Brookfield Road, Arnold, NG57ER.

-
Baby movement & mindful connection — gentle stretches, movement, singing and playful activities to enjoy together and support your baby's development.

And honestly, anything goes in my classes! Feeding, changing nappies, cuddling, crying, needing a little walk around — it's all completely normal and absolutely welcome. There is no pressure to do everything or have your baby happily lying still throughout the class!
These sessions are about giving you some time too — to look after your physical and emotional wellbeing, bond with your baby and enjoy being around other new mums, away from the busyness of everyday life.
Come exactly as you are. There's no perfect way to do Mum & Baby Yoga.
