Join us Winter 2027, for a soothing retreat at the charming Knockerdown Cottages in the Peak District. The cottages are located near Carsington Water in the Derbyshire Dales, and boasts a beautiful event space for our yoga practices and workshops, shared heated indoor pool and cosy traditional features.

This retreat gives you a peaceful space to create harmony in your mind, body & soul as you move forward into 2027. Classes blend gently invigorating and energising flows with deep restorative relaxation. Workshops designed to promote wellbeing and ‘togetherness’.

Nicci (Breathe & Bloom Yoga); is a 200hr Yoga teacher specialising in Hatha, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Nicci is also a qualified pre & post natal yoga teacher. Nicci’s gentle & comprehensive approach to teaching allows both complete beginners and experienced yogis to enjoy her varied sessions.
