A monthly mini sanctury for you and your baby.
Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be exhausting. Mum & Baby Rest & Relax is a gentle 90-minute session designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy some time focused on you while your baby stays close by.
This is a super-relaxed space (I'm a mum too, so I get it!) where anything goes. Feeding, cuddling, changing nappies, wandering around, or simply sitting with a cup of tea — it's all welcome. There's no pressure for babies to behave in a certain way, and no expectation for you to do everything perfectly.
Each monthly session includes:

What to Expect at Mum & Baby Rest & Relax
Each session is a gentle 90-minute monthly class held at A Space To Breathe Yoga Studio.

Gentle postnatal yoga — supportive movements to ease tension, stretch tired muscles, and help you reconnect with your body.

Calming baby movement and mindful connection — simple stretches, movement, and relaxation techniques you can continue using at home, with gentle props to support your baby's development.

Mindfulness and breathwork — a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and find a moment of calm in the middle of busy motherhood.

Guided relaxation — dedicated time for you to pause, rest, and reset.

Community connection — tea, sweet treats, and time to chat with other mums who understand exactly what this stage of life can feel like.
Anything goes in my classes — feeding, changing nappies, cuddling, crying, and wandering around are all completely welcome. These sessions are designed to give you a little time to focus on your own emotional and physical wellbeing while bonding with your baby, away from the busyness of day-to-day life.
