I'm not currently running a weekly Mum & Baby Yoga class but do offer private 1:1 post -natal with baby sessions which can be held at your home or A Space to Breathe studio, Church Drive, Arnold. Get in touch for more info.

This class gives you some much deserved time to slow down and replenish and at the same time have some fun bonding with your baby. You'll learn lots of great stretches, songs and swings to do with your baby anytime.
Sessions are designed to safely and gently rebuild your strength. Each week I'll take you through a different post natal sequence to help restore your energy levels and ease your achy body.

Babies can enjoy gentle movement and stretches to help stimulate their relaxation responses and develop gross motor skills. Movement through touch is a lovely way to connect with your baby and take time to slow down together. We also use songs to help relax the babies and create some familiarity with the movements.​
Anything goes in my classes...there’s nothing to worry about, feeding, changing and crying are all absolutely fine. Classes give you an opportunity to take some time to focus on your own emotional and physical wellbeing whilst bonding with your baby away from the business of day to day life.

If you had a straight forward vaginal delivery you are able to join 6 weeks post birth. If you had an abdominal birth or assisted delivery its 12 weeks post birth.​
