Tuesday - 10.45am-12pm - The Roar Movement, 1a Mabel Grove, West Bridgford, NG2 5GT
This class gives you some much deserved time to slow down and replenish and at the same time have some fun bonding with your baby. You'll learn lots of great stretches, songs and swings to do with your baby anytime.
Sessions are designed to safely and gently rebuild your strength. Each week I'll take you through a different post natal sequence to help restore your energy levels and ease your achy body.
Babies can enjoy gentle movement and stretches to help stimulate their relaxation responses and develop gross motor skills. Movement through touch is a lovely way to connect with your baby and take time to slow down together. We also use songs to help relax the babies and create some familiarity with the movements.
