Seated Stretch Spa
Escape, unwind, and recharge with our exclusive Seated Stretch Spa at Swim Spa Burton Joyce (Nottingham) . This unique wellness event is perfect for those looking for a more gentle yoga practice with the use of a chair to support all postures (asanas), or with limited flexibility and / or mobility. This 'Petite Retreat' is designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and reset both body and mind. Whether you're seeking stress relief, self-care, or simply some time away from the hustle and bustle, our Seated Stretch Spa offers the perfect setting for you to find calm and relaxation.
This beautiful 3.5hr experience is £39pp (including chair yoga, spa and light refreshments), no previous yoga experience needed, ladies only. Sessions are held once each month on a Tuesday 10-1.30pm.
