
Mum & Baby Yoga Social
Our brand new monthly 2-hour Mum & Baby Yoga Social is a nurturing space designed to support you in the postnatal period—physically, emotionally, and socially.
The session blends gentle postnatal yoga to help rebuild strength and release tension, with baby yoga stretches, songs, and swings that support your baby’s development and bring plenty of smiles. There’s also time to relax, bond with your little one, and connect with other mums in a warm, welcoming environment. It’s a beautiful chance to reset, share experiences, and remind yourself that you're not alone on this journey.

If you had a straight forward vaginal delivery you are able to join 6 weeks post birth. If you had an abdominal birth or assisted delivery its 12 weeks post birth.
What to Expect at Our Mum & Baby Yoga Social

Welcome drink: Start your session with a refreshing welcome drink to give you chance to relax and settle in. It's absolutely no problem if you're running late - we get it, leaving the house with a baby is hard so just arrive when you can...no rush!

Gentle Breathing Exercises: simple techniques that help you control your breath to calm your mind and body.

Gentle post-natal yoga flow: Enjoy a gentle yoga flow using post-natal yoga to help to safely rebuild strength, re-align your posture, energise your mind and body, ease aches and pains and help you to reconnect to yourself.

Baby Yoga : Baby yoga stretches, songs, and swings support your baby's physical and sensory development while strengthening your bond and making movement fun for you both.

Time to Relax: Take some time to relax with your baby - even if this in more of an active way whilst caring for your little one - it's beautiful for your baby to see you relaxed and for you to show them how to relax.

Mums Circle: Circle time gives mums a chance to slow down, share openly, and feel heard—creating a sense of connection, support, and reassurance through shared experiences and honest conversation.
Anything goes in my classes...there’s nothing to worry about, feeding, changing and crying are all absolutely fine. Classes give you an opportunity to take some time to focus on your own emotional and physical wellbeing whilst bonding with your baby away from the business of day to day life.
