Flow & Restore- Bring Baby

Suitable from 6 / 12 weeks to walking

This class is all about you! A chance to move, breathe, stretch and restore your mind and body from the demands of day to day mothering. Bring your baby along...feeding, crying, changing, playing, snacking, screaming, pooping, socialising and sleeping are all okay!

​

I'll guide you through a different yoga flow each week focusing on varying parts of the body to build strength, ease common aches & pains and gently energise. We'll also incorporate breathing exercises and some restorative postures to give your mind & body space to calm and reset. 

​

Each session ends with a relaxation - an opportunity to cuddle and relax with your baby, time for you to let your baby see you relaxed...it doesn't matter if your little person doesn't want to relax though, honestly I can't say enough - anything goes! 

​

 

This isn't a class where we do baby specific yoga, but the little ones can play (a selection of toys will be provided), enjoy the music and lights. You're totally free to dip in and out of the class as needed to be with your little one as and when they need you.

​

If you had a straight forward vaginal delivery you are able to join 6 weeks post birth. If you had an abdominal birth or assisted delivery its 12 weeks post birth.

This unique session combines 'Babble & Brew' (a cuppa/play and chance to chat to the other mums) with a structured class.

*Classes run in blocks - you can join midway if there is space and the price will be adjusted accordingly. Drop in tickets are also available once the block has started, where space allows.
