Hi, I'm Nicci from Breathe & Bloom Yoga. If you've recently become pregnant or had a baby then congratulations!

I run Pregnancy Yoga, Post Natal Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga and Mindful Mama & Me classes. All sessions are relaxed, welcoming and allow you space for some much deserved ‘me time’ as well as bonding with your baby.

In addition to being a Pre & Post Natal Yoga Instructor and Mindful Coach I’m also a Mummy to a vibrant little boy and joyful baby girl. Being a mum is truly the most exciting adventure of my life but during my pregnancies and journey into motherhood, I suffered with periods of anxiety and post natal depression. Yoga and mindfulness is something I have practiced for 15 years and has really helped me physically and emotionally in what is a challenging but amazing time in my life.

I set up my business in 2017 after having my first child and truly love supporting mums throughout their pregnancies and beyond.  This is such an exciting time but it can also feel overwhelming and sometimes a little lonely. All of my classes offer a safe and welcoming environment where you can meet other like-minded mummies and feel part of a genuine supportive community.

 

Mum & Baby Yoga and Mindful Mama & Me will both move back to face to face WC 26th April. Pregnancy Yoga and Post Natal Wellness for Mams will continue online via Zoom.

Nicci's pregnancy yoga class is an amazing way to unwind and stretch out my aching limbs! I'd never done any yoga before so wasn't sure how I'd find it but Nicci explains things so well and makes you feel very comfortable. I loved the breathing exercises and birth prep positions. Cant recommend highly enough!

We loved the Mum & Baby yoga class. Nicci's class focused on a gentle practice to ease me back into yoga. The class always felt very fun and light hearted which was good as a new mum when things sometimes feel a bit much. My little boy particularly enjoyed the lights and parachute. I definitely recommend Nicci's classes.

Nicci's classes were the first baby groups I did, they were such a relaxed and welcoming way into the world of baby groups. Nicci was so supportive and took us through useful techniques to help us to unwind as well as fun sensory activities to do with my baby...loved this class!
