Being a mum is so rewarding on so many levels but as a mum of 2 I understand how all consuming it can be at times. I'm passionate about encouraging mums to see the importance of taking guilt free (!) time for themselves. When we do this we become the best version of ourselves and the best mum we can be.
This Hatha class is a great way to take some much deserved time for you! Strengthen your body, ease aches and pains and take some time to relax. Sessions offer a welcoming space to nourish yourself both mentally and physically and recover from day to day mothering and life in general!

£51 for 6 week block*, £10 drop in
*Classes run in blocks but if we are midway through a block and there is a space, you're welcome to join for the remaining sessions and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
